With a career spanning 30 years, I have worked in a variety of Corporate HR roles as well as run my own HR consultancy business offering services in coaching, development, facilitation, psychometrics and assessment.

CIPD qualified, and having worked across a wide range of private and public sectors in the UK and overseas, I now devote my energies to supporting individuals to thrive. My passion is people, embracing every facet of what it is to be human.

I bring my commitment and enthusiasm for this type of coaching, my versatility, my practical focus and a healthy dose of light heartedness and humour to my interactions with individuals where I have helped clients understand what fulfils them most, provided space for exploring alternative perspectives and supported them as they achieve their potential.
